These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of therapyclientsondemand.com (the "Site") and any calls, applications, or services offered by Therapy Clients On Demand, operated by Mark Anthony ("we," "us," "our"). By using this Site or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who This Is For
Therapy Clients On Demand is intended for practicing hypnotists and hypnotherapists (clinical, stage, or training backgrounds) seeking guidance on client attraction and practice growth. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking or application at our discretion, including where an applicant does not appear to fit this description.
2. Founding Launch & Booking Calls
Our current Founding Launch is offered on a limited basis. Booking a call does not guarantee a place in the program; all bookings are subject to review and approval. Calls are free of charge, with no obligation to purchase or continue any further services.
Bookings are made through our third-party scheduling provider, TidyCal. Rescheduling and cancellation are available in accordance with the options presented at the time of booking.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Any information, coaching, strategies, or frameworks shared by us — including on this Site, on calls, or as part of any program — are provided for general guidance and educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, client volume, or business result. Your results will depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the "Therapy Clients On Demand Method" name and any associated materials, are the property of Mark Anthony / Therapy Clients On Demand unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Site and services rely on third-party providers, including systeme.io, TidyCal, Google, and Spaceship/Spacemail. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of these third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Therapy Clients On Demand and Mark Anthony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or participation in any call or program offered by us. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
